Brief report of the event:
On the occasion of world Heart Day, health awareness program was organized by department of Nursing Foundation, Yenepoya Nursing College on 8.10.2024 at Deralakatte bus stand
On this occasion Mr. Muhammed Iqbal, Member of Belma Grama Panchayath & Prof. Shashikumar Jawadagi, HOD department of Nursing Foundation along with faculty Dr. Hezil Reema Barboza , Mrs. Pavithra K, Mr. Melvin Jacob, Mrs. Divya, Ms. Athira, and Ms Megha inaugurated the program by releasing of balloons. Nursing students provided health education through various health education materials, dance & skit. Around 150 people gathered and benefited from the program. Pamphlets with health awareness information pertaining healthy heart were distributed among participants.
